Therapist (LPC and LPCC's)

We are seeking a motivated and passionate therapist to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a supportive environment, takes initiative, and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field.
Registered with DORA as an LPCC or LPC
Experience: Some experience working in mental health or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
Perform comprehensive assessments and treatment planning, including:
- Biopsychosocial assessments
- Intake paperwork
- Risk assessments for self-harm, suicide, and homicidal ideation
- Safety planning
- SUDs (Substance Use Disorder) assessments
Complete thorough clinical documentation, including:
- Intake paperwork
- Treatment plans
- Progress notes
- Referrals and recommendations
- Termination summaries
Coordinate client care with other providers
Attend supervision, training, and team meetings
Provide peer support, mentorship, and collaborate effectively with team members
