Therapist (LPC and LPCC's)

We are seeking a motivated and passionate therapist to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a supportive environment, takes initiative, and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field.

  • Registered with DORA as an LPCC or LPC

  • Experience: Some experience working in mental health or a related field is preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and treatment planning, including:

    • Biopsychosocial assessments

    • Intake paperwork

    • Risk assessments for self-harm, suicide, and homicidal ideation

    • Safety planning

    • SUDs (Substance Use Disorder) assessments

  • Complete thorough clinical documentation, including:

    • Intake paperwork

    • Treatment plans

    • Progress notes

    • Referrals and recommendations

    • Termination summaries

  • Coordinate client care with other providers

  • Attend supervision, training, and team meetings

  • Provide peer support, mentorship, and collaborate effectively with team members
